We can take care of the preventative and routine stuff like:

Or here are just a few examples of issues we can resolve:

• Setup of Outlook, Outlook Express, Thunderbird, or any other desktop e-mail application
• Troubleshooting Outlook/Thunderbird e-mail issues (i.e. not sending/receiving)
• Setup/move/cancel web mail accounts (Yahoo, Google, Hotmail, AOL, etc…)
• Visual desktop customizations/organization (aesthetic changes to your computer to fit your needs)
• Computer clean-up (for example removal of unused or harmful software that may make your computer run faster)
• Installation of helpful software such as Adobe Acrobat, Itunes, Windows Media Player, Flash Player, etc…
• Peripheral configuration: Ipod, Pocket PC, Palm, wireless keyboard/mouse, etc…
• Network configuration: wireless router installation/troubleshooting

Service Rates

For the most efficient service, you can pre-pay for your account and have Remote Repair minutes available when you need them. Time not used will be banked for future use .

1 Hour - $75
2 1/2 Hours - $150(Currently Sold Out)*

All time blocks may be shared between computers, family and friends. Lots of clients are now pooling there resources to make this even more affordable.Keep in mind that this service covers the entire U.S. Say you live in California and your mom lives in Arizona you can share Minutes.No one else offers this flexability.
